Prohibited and Restricted Items in Our Storage Facilities

For the safety of all clients and facility integrity, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Flammable, explosive, or combustible liquids, compressed gas cylinders, and fireworks.

• Perishable food items, fresh produce, and organic matter prone to spoilage or attracting pests.

• Live animals, birds, reptiles, or botanical plants.

• Illegal narcotics, unlicensed firearms, ammunition, or contraband goods.

• Toxic chemicals, corrosive acids, and bio-hazardous waste.

Failure to comply with prohibited item regulations constitutes an immediate breach of contract, resulting in immediate lease termination, forfeiture of security deposit, and potential referral to civil and law enforcement authorities.
