1. Notice Timeline
To terminate your storage contract, simply submit written or digital notice at least 15 days prior to your intended move-out date.
2. Move-Out Inspection and Deposit Release
Remove all belongings and leave the unit clean and swept. After surrendering your padlock key and RFID card, our team conducts a joint inspection, and your deposit is refunded within 7 business days.
