Rent is payable on a monthly billing cycle via bank transfer (no commission), credit card (+4%), cash at facilities, or corporate cryptocurrency transfers (USDT/BTC).

Advance payment discounts: 5% off on 6-month commitments, and 10% off on 12-month commitments.

A standard 1-month refundable security deposit is collected upon contract execution. Deposits are refunded in full within 7 business days following unit hand-over.

Official corporate e-invoices are automatically issued with valid VAT breakdown for all enterprise and commercial contracts.
