Video surveillance is conducted across all Ekoda storage hubs solely for the purpose of ensuring physical facility security, safeguarding client property, preventing unauthorized entry, and fulfilling health and safety regulations.

CCTV cameras are strategically positioned strictly in common circulation areas including perimeter gates, parking lots, elevator lobbies, and corridor aisles.

Surveillance is never conducted inside individual, private locked storage rooms or restroom facilities.

Video footage is recorded continuously and stored securely for a period of 30 days. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized security and management staff.
